There seems to have been some serious degradation

Went into the Palm Wag lodge for a beer and 10 minutes later we end up with a charge. This is shy little Natasha. She was hanging with her father in Palm Wag where she underwent a medical test to diagnose a racing heartbeat. Her father asks us to give her a ride to Khowabi 70 miles down the road. Drop her off at the small red store he says. Her family will collect her and have a Shaman cut a goats head off and poor blood over her chest to calm the heart. Traditional medicine.
