Ex Czech president Vaclav Havel's resident is next door in the building with the globe on top. He helped bring in Canadian/American Architect Frank Gehry to design and build A new office building to take place of the remains of the bomb damage building.
The locals call the finished building the second American Bomb...But it is also know as the Fred and Ginger building because it's curves appear similar to the dancing of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rodgers.
